This workout focuses on both exercises she needs to improve her posture and work on her shoulder mobility and strength and exercises she loves - working the glutes and legs! If you have a resistance band or long towel, grab it for the beginning of class, but this can also be done without any props. As always, if anything hurts or feels uncomfortable, leave the exercise out. Enjoy!
