  1. Mat in a Tiny Space (Angela)
    This workout was inspired after spending 2 weeks in a hotel room, but still needing that Pilates fix! Angela takes us through a 30 minute intermediate classical mat workout that is perfect to do in your hotel room, bedroom, or any other small space.
  2. Mat with an Emphasis on the Abs (Julie)
    Julie leads us through a 20 minute beginner/intermediate mat class with an emphasis on using those abdominal muscles a little extra. Be ready to flow through the mat routine and don't be surprised by a couple of planks thrown in the mix to spice things up!
  3. Mat with Magic Circle (Bronwen)
    This workout uses the magic circle with every exercise, but if you don't have one, no problem! You can use props around the house, or nothing at all and you'll still feel the burn. Bronwen will make you feel both stronger and longer in 20 minutes with this moderately paced workout.
  4. Finding your Back Body (Tamar)
    In this non-traditional class, Tamar leads us through a 50 minute series is that is sure to get your back, butt and hamstrings fired up! We start the class with a fun, unique warm up to get the blood flowing and then move through a series of exercises that will challenge your coordination, strength and balance.
  5. Cardio Pilates Fusion (Sarah)
    Grab a mat and a towel and be prepared to sweat! This first half of this workout leads you through a series of squats, jumps and lunges. Once we're nice and warmed up, we'll take you down to the mat to tone the legs and glutes.
  6. Use What You've Got! (Tedra)
    Grab a dish towel, a small ball, a large book and some canned food for this 30 minute workout with Tedra. This is the perfect workout for someone new to Pilates, or someone who is looking to get just a little bit more out of your workout without the traditional equipment. You will learn how to enhance each movement with a prop that you have at home!
  7. Intermediate Mat + Standing Arm Weights (Corrine)
    Corrine takes us through a 25 minute flowy intermediate mat class, ending with a 10 minute arm series that is sure to get your arms burning. No props are necessary, but if you want to use 1-3 pound weights, have them ready.
  8. Standing Leg Series (Kym)
    In less than 15 minutes, Kym leads us through a booty sculpting series that is sure to leave you feeling toned and lifted! The entire class is done standing, so grab a chair or prop to help you balance. We use traditional leg springs in the video, but this class can also be done with ankle weights, a resistance band loop or nothing at all!
  9. Strong Flexible Feet for Better Balance (Meghan)
    We dive deep into the feet in this 25 minute video! Using a resistance band, Meghan guides us through a foot strengthening workout that is sure to introduce you to muscles you didn't know you had! This entire video can be done without props too, so don't shy away if you don't have them on hand.
  10. Fast Paced Intermediate/Advanced Mat with Magic Circle (Carolyn)
    In this 40 minute workout, Carolyn helps us find the burn from the circle fast! This video is not for the beginner, take your time learning the exercises before diving into this one. The workout can be done without a circle if you don't have one - just grab something to squeeze!
