Clients often tell us their low back and/or hips are tight from sitting at a desk all day, endurance sports, or just from daily stress. Usually tightness in one of those areas causes tightness in the other. In this video we use a resistance band (or use a long strap) and a foam wedge (or use a rolled up towel or pillow). We recommend doing these stretches at least a couple times a week for the best results. As always, if anything hurts or feels uncomfortable, leave it out. Enjoy!
